STOA’s full staff of experienced and imaginative architects, project managers, and designers has completed projects that are diverse in size as well as project type. STOA has performed architectural services for higher education, K-12 and government entities ranging from $20K small size renovation projects to over $150 million new facility design and construction projects. We have also completed projects from $2-$13 million; the $23 million University of Houston Welcome Center (parking garage, student services and retail space), the $95 million Mickey Leland International Airlines Building at Bush Intercontinental Airport, and the $143 million George R. Brown Convention Center Phase II Expansion, to name a few. Our designs are innovative and award winning, as we provide clients with designs that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing.

C.C. Lee, founder of STOA International Architects, has been in business for over 40 years, and has been working in the field of architecture for 40+ years. He is a respected architect who has been managing the firm since 1983, utilizing his structured design approach to aid clients globally.
Chao-Chiung (C.C.) Lee is a world-renowned architect, philosopher, developer, Feng-Shui master, artist, teacher and author. Under C.C.’s leadership, the firm has designed diverse hospitality and higher education projects including several maintenance facilities and service centers. C.C. Lee is also a
Feng-Shui Master who has been teaching interactive workshops at Rice University since 1999 as well as many other universities around the world.

VP OF OPERATIONS
Mario Bolullo has an outstanding reputation as an award-winning designer with extensive background in designing diversified building types, mixed-use developments, and building renovations. He has designed projects throughout the United States, Canada, and mainland China.
Mario is responsible for establishing the design direction in collaboration with the stakeholders, and the design team to accomplish the required design goals of this project. He will thoroughly review the project's operations and procedures to anticipate the needs of the project. Mario will remain involved with design reviews during contract documents and contract administration to ensure the design intent is completed.

Ramón has over 30 years of experience and has worked on projects ranging from residential housing to large corporate office buildings.
His experience also includes graphic design, construction administration, and interior design. He is currently leading the completion of Harris County Precinct 4 Community Center project.

Licensed with 30+ years of experience, Suzanne prioritizes constructability, delivery strategies, and contract administration. Suzanne oversees the project lifecycle from concept to completion, working closely with the design team to ensure code compliance and meet STOA's quality design standards.
Suzanne has been involved with multi-family housing
developments, aviation, transit-oriented, and mixed-use projects, and most notably two award-winning projects: The University of Houston Welcome Center and the Texas State Capitol Complex Visitors Garage.

Dr. Chang has over 40 years of experience in managing and conducting architectural planning, engineering design, construction management, and sustainability and resiliency planning projects for education and research institutions, local, state and
federal agencies as well as Fortune 100 firms. His diversified technical background and strong management skills grant him the privilege to lead multi- discipline project teams and subcontractors to provide cost- effective solutions to our clients. He has extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in facility damage assessment, disaster recovery and mitigation, building envelope engineering, floodplain management, urban flood assessment, drainage design assessment.

Bill is a Senior Project Manager & Architect here at STOA Architects. He is an experienced manager having worked in several architectural firms in Houston, Dallas, Lubbock and Fort Worth. Bill has project delivery experience in a variety of project types including airports, office buildings and corporate offices, healthcare, hospitality, specifications, construction, and owner’s representative, collaborating with stakeholders, and design teams to accomplish project goals.

Marek has a distinguished career with more than twenty years’ experience in production and management, design, construction, and building information modeling (BIM). He has a unique perspective having had an international education in Europe where he also practiced as an owner before continuing his career as award-winning construction administrator for projects in the United States. He has designed projects throughout North America and abroad in the UK, Saudi Arabia, and Poland.
