Sea Village

STOA Architects – Houston collaborated with STOA Architects – Vietnam on behalf of the HODECO Group of Vietnam to develop a master plan for Sea Village, a three 33-story new mixed-use residential towers development that houses 2,000 apartments with a 5-floor commercial/retail podium and an underground parking garage. The proposed scheme created three residential towers facing the sea and helped define a ground level plaza for resident amenities. STOA President and CEO C.C. Lee performed a Fung Shui and Total Environmental Alignment analysis, considering factors such as the size, shape, and layout of the building as well as the landscape and surrounding buildings to create an ideal environment for the mixed-use development. This project is an example of the STOA License Program at work. The collaboration between the Houston and Vietnam office enhanced the opportunity to acquire a new client and project overseas.
