Royal Springs Shopping Center

STOA Architects designed a 33,680 square foot shopping center in the heart of the Atascocita area. The center has a 7,300 square foot anchor restaurant and a 26,380 square foot multi-tenant retail area. The main challenge for this project was to design an eye-catching center in the context of a residential neighborhood. STOA presented to the local Home Owner’s Association(HOA), and by working together, the design met all of the HOA’s requirements and the Owner’s design and budget criteria.
