Fulbright Tower at Houston Center

This 51 story office tower forms part of the overall Houston Center Master Plan. The tower consists of two right triangles rotated 45 degrees to the right angles of the streets, creating plazas at grade and open views to the Central Business District. The stair-steps of the upper floors accentuates the geometric design creating a distinct beacon against the sky. The typical floor profile offers the prestigious corner offices, and the upper levels include special terraces facing South. The lower public levels establish direct connections with Houston Center retail, One and Two Houston Center Office Buildings, and parking structures. The building lobby areas rise two stories with interconnecting escalators to the upper 24 elevators dispatch level.
