Providing a unique mixture of retail tenants and designed to complement the neighboring supermarket aesthetically, Bissonnet Shopping Center uses a blend of design materials including red brick veneer, stucco walls, corrugated metal wall panels, and metal canopies. Currently in the Permitting phase, STOA’s design intent optimizes customer participation and engages the local community with glass storefront windows to give the center an open feel with a central tower to anchor the symmetrical layout. When completed, the shopping center located as a link between the Houston Baptist University Area and the Sharpstown Residential Community will be approximately 10,530-square-feet and include five specialty retail storefronts.
