President & CEO

Chao-Chiung (C.C.) Lee is a world-renowned Architect who has managed a successful architectural practice since 1983. C.C. Lee is a Feng Shui Master who has been teaching interactive workshops at Rice University since 1999 as well as many other universities around the world.

Mario Bolullo

Principal Designer

Mario Bolullo has an outstanding reputation as an award-winning designer with an extensive background in designing diversified building types, mixed-use developments, and building renovations. He has designed projects throughout the United States, Canada, and Main Land China.


Marilyn Schwettman


Marilyn Schwettmann has over 40 years of comprehensive experience in Architectural Office Administration. She was a founding member of the Society of Architectural Administrators, served as United Way Coordinator, and participated in many other professional and civic activities.


Suzanne Lee, LEED AP, NCARB,

Principal QA/QC

With over three decades of architectural experience, Suzanne Lee leads the firm’s quality control effort to ensure the production standards of STOA’s designs are of the highest quality. Throughout her career, she has acted as both a project architect and project manager, working with clients in corporate, education, and aviation sectors.


ChiChung Chang

Principal, Project Management

Dr. Chang has over 35 years of experience in managing and conducting engineering, construction, and planning projects for education and research institutions, local, state and federal agencies as well as Fortune 100 firms. His diversified technical background and strong management skills grant him the privilege to lead multi-discipline project teams and subcontractors to provide cost-effective solutions to our clients.


Ramón Patiño

Director of Design & Production

Ramón Patiño has over 30+ years of experience and has worked on projects ranging from residential housing to large corporate office buildings, and international medical facilities. His award-winning creativity has received recognition from the American Society of Interior Designers, Houston Chapter.


William (Bill) M. Hudgens

Senior Project Manager

Bill is an experienced Senior Project Manager. Bill graduated from Texas Tech University with a B.S. in Architecture. Bill has 59 years of experience in several architectural firms in Houston, Dallas, Lubbock and Fort Worth. Bill has project delivery experience in a variety of project types including airports, office buildings and corporate offices, healthcare, hospitality, specifications, construction, and owner’s representative, collaborating with stakeholders, and design teams to accomplish project goals.


Victor Lee

VP of Operations

Victor Lee has assisted in the development and the implementation of various marketing strategies for STOA Architects. Victor conducts various economic feasibility studies for regional project development and acts as a liaison to other STOA offices.


Marek Radomski

Building Information Modeling (BIM) Manager, Senior Associate

Marek is responsible for establishing and managing the BIM system. He has a distinguished career with more than twenty years of experience in production and management, design, construction, and building information modeling (BIM). Marek handles all of our high caliber construction projects. Over his twenty years of experience, he has combined over 5 billion dollars worth of construction cost projects. He has a unique perspective having had an international education in Europe where he also practiced as an owner before continuing his career as award-winning construction administrator for projects in the United States. He has designed projects throughout North America and abroad in the UK, Saudi Arabia, Poland, Africa and Japan.


Cynthia Ramirez

Project Manager / Designer

Pursuing her passion in architecture, Cynthia graduated from Prairie View A&M University with a Master of Architecture in 2012, having previously completed a Bachelor of Architecture at the university. Cynthia plays a critical role at STOA supporting architectural and interior design projects with a skill for both aesthetics and technical accuracy.


Elijah B. Karnley

Architectural Designer / Project Manager

Elijah B. Karnley graduated with from Georgia Institute of Technology in 2003 with a B.S. in Architecture, Kennesaw State University in 2006 with a B.Arch. Architecture, and Keller Graduate School in 2008 with a Masters in Project Management & Masters in Public Administration. With nearly two decades of architectural experience, Elijah B. Karnley has joined the firm’s project management and quality control effort to ensure that the production standards of STOA’s designs are of the best quality. With his diverse experience, both within the US and internationally, his work with a variety of project types and clientele in both project management and production, his addition to STOA’s staff is of optimum benefit to the organization as we continue to pursue excellence in the industry.


Sarah Kataka

Project Manager / Designer

Sarah possesses the impeccable ability to translate the team’s design ideas into working Construction Documents that are used for permitting, bidding, and construction. Tasked with leading a large team of aviation planning and consultants, she is instrumental in the development of program and design strategies for the modernization of Houston Airport System's Mickey Leland International Terminal project.


Victor Guerrero


With over 35 years of technical experience, Victor Guerrero brings a wealth of architectural knowledge to all the projects he is involved on at STOA. Victor has provided production design services for many building types, including convention centers, airports, government buildings, and university classroom buildings.


Jared C. Wormsley

Technical Architectural Designer

Graduating from Prairie View A&M University with a B.S. in Architecture in 2012, I’ve been working within the construction industry since then. Started off as an estimator for a roofing company, and a landscaping company, I began working for David Weekley, designing and customizing single family residential homes and shortly thereafter began to work for an independently owned custom home builder. After working for 5 years between the two companies dealing with residential buildings, I made the decision to switch over to commercial properties in 2019 and have not looked back since.


Juan Rojas


Pursuing his passion in architecture, Juan Rojas graduated from Prairie View A&M University with a Master of Architecture and University of the Arts London with a Bachelor of Architecture(2:1 upper second class honors). Interests in graphic design and efficient architectural design, Juan incorporates various viewpoints at the firm representative of his creative background.


Azeez Aleshe


Azeez Aleshe graduated from Prairie View A&M University with a Master of Architecture, having previously graduated from Covenant University, Nigeria. Azeez plays a critical role in design production services which includes implementation of Building Information Modeling(BIM) and Digital Construction procedures at design, construction, and handover stages of a project.

Anna Doody

Project Administrator / Exec. Assistant

For over 30 years Ms. Doody has worked as an Architectural Administrative Office Professional. She handles a myriad of responsibilities for STOA Architects including Executive Assistant to both the CEO and Vice President, Administrative support to Project Managers, and Construction Administrators, Quarterly Contract Compliance liaison for the Pay or Play Program, and the Workforce Utilization Program, oversees the Group Medical Insurance, and assists with Project Administration as needed.


Larson Fontenot

Marketing Coordinator

Graduated from Northwestern State University with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration with concentrations in Marketing and Management. Larson joined STOA's Marketing Team in August of 2022. He prepares proposal packages, creates/edits websites & handles social media for STOA. Larson played collegiate baseball at Northwestern State University for five years. Being an athlete has molded him into a strong leader, very disciplined & goal-oriented marketing coordinator.


Nitasha Tiene

Designer + Marketing Specialist

With a background in Architecture, Nitasha Tiene graduated from City College of New York with a Bachelor of Architecture and Minor in Art. She currently plays a role alongside Larson in STOA's Marketing Team. Her eye for detail and understanding of color and form have provided branding and graphical updates to the firm. Supporting STOA through various marketing efforts, she continues to study architectural design and learn about new and improved architectural techniques.
